Not quite Four Weddings and a Funeral, the past weekend with the lion dance troupe had three events to attend.

Culture Days
The first one was a cultural event was for Ontario Culture Days. This event was called Heartbeat of the Valley and it held in the Ottawa Valley. The community event was launched by Don Kwan and it was to showcase diverse art and cultural performances to the Ottawa Valley. Kwan has been living in the Ottawa Valley for awhile and it was privilege for the lion dance troupe to come down and perform there.

Coming down to the Ottawa Valley, I had the opportunity to get the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro camera. It got released on September 19, 2024. Reviews and reactions have position aside from minor negatives like a low bitrate. Overall, pleased with shooting the DJI action camera.

Posted below is the video from the lion dance performance.

Two Weddings
Somewhat rushing back, there were two weddings to perform. One was a lifestyle blogger and it was a great opportunity to perform for her wedding. It was also the first time to meet in person. It was held at NeXT. The guests were happy and excited to see the lion dance.

The second performance was over at Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club. That was also a good performance to wrap the end of Summer 2024.

Posted below is an Instagram link of the Polaroid photos. The Polaroid I-2 had a firmware update where they fixed the exposure.

As Summer of 2024 ended and Fall of 2024 beginning, what a way to start off season 19 of the blog with three events to go to, as well as getting a new action camera and finally shooting the Polaroid with the firmware update.

It’s funny approaching the 20th season with next year. Hopefully find to make the blog important soon.
Have a wonderful time!
